LIMIT SUPPORT ON VACATION:

We have summer vacation on Friday (08/22/2014) to Wednesday (08/27/2014) so the support will be limited. However we will still keep the reply and focus to resolve simple tickets as much as we can and leave the difficult tickets after the vacation. We are very sorry about this, right after we back, we promise will resolve all remain tickets in a short time.

Very fast response support time range: 8AM - 6PM GMT+7 (Monday -> Friday) Out of that time range, I still available for support but can't promise that I can response you fast. ATTENTION:Some difficult issues maybe take much time to resolve. Support for my items includes:

  • Responding to questions or problems regarding the item and its features
  • Fixing bugs and reported issues
  • Providing updates to ensure compatibility with new software versions

Item support does not include:

  • Customization and installation services
  • Support for third party software and plug-ins

We have right to refuse support if you have changed the files.

ABOUT DELETED THEMES: IT WAS OVER SIX MONTH SINCE WE DELETED THE OLD THEMES AND WE WON'T PROVIDE ANY SUPPORT/UPDATE FOR THESE DELETED THEME ANYMORE. WE ARE VERY SORRY ABOUT THAT.
